Membership Packages

Our small-group, personal-training offerings come in two packages.

We offer an Introductory Package for new members to meet our coaches and small community; experience our focused, effective approach; and get into the swing of things.

INTRO

$49 per week for four weeks

  • Up to FOUR sessions a week:

    • Two semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness level and physical needs

  • Fitness assessment baseline (follow on assessment after 3 months)

  • 1:1 coach goals setting

  • Seminar inclusion (if applicable)

  • Access to tracking app

  • Access to closed community Facebook group

  • No joining fee

FRAN

$79 per week

  • Up to FOUR sessions a week:

    • Two semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Two-monthly 1:1 coach check ins

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness journey and physical needs

  • Quarterly seminars (nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, etc)

  • FitBox app access

  • Member events

  • Access to closed community Facebook group

  • No joining fee

MURPH

$99 per week

  • Up to FIVE sessions a week:

    • Three semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Two-monthly 1:1 coach check ins

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness journey and physical needs

  • Quarterly seminars (nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, etc)

  • FitBox app access

  • Member events

  • Access to closed community Facebook group

  • No joining fee
