Our small-group, personal-training offerings come in two packages.
We offer an Introductory Package for new members to meet our coaches and small community; experience our focused, effective approach; and get into the swing of things.
INTRO
$49 per week for four weeks
Up to FOUR sessions a week:
Two semi-private CrossFit classes
Two free group conditioning classes
Max 5 people per class
Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness level and physical needs
Fitness assessment baseline (follow on assessment after 3 months)
1:1 coach goals setting
Seminar inclusion (if applicable)
Access to tracking app
Access to closed community Facebook group
No joining fee
FRAN
$79 per week
