Benchmarks are considered a standard workout that allows you to compare your progress against yourself and others. Come and have fun with a bunch of like minded people. Workouts adjusted to suit all fitness levels.

Burn

Our take on high intensity training. This is short sharp workout held on a Wednesday evening is designed to get you sweating. Open to all fitness levels - feel free to bring a friend.

Saturday Smash

Saturday morning 7:30am group training session. It might be a partner workout, it may be an individual workout. Either way it is a great way to start the weekend and catch up with other members who you may not see during the week. Open to all fitness levels. Feel free to bring a friend!
